Pass prices are inclusive of all conference sessions and entrance to the welcome reception and lunches during the conference.

Conference Dinner – SOLD OUT
Join fellow ICCA26 attendees at the famous Fairmont Hotel Macdonald for an evening of excellent food and great conversation. Ticket price is inclusive of meal. Details to come.
Tickets for the Conference Dinner are almost sold out, but we will have a waiting list.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel, notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at icca@buksa.com on or before April 24th, 2026. Cancellations are subject to at $160 CAD fee.
The conference is not responsible for cancelling your accommodations
Dinner: To cancel your dinner ticket only, please write to the Conference Secretariat at icca@buksa.com as soon as possible. There is a waiting list. DInner tickets are refunded with no additional cancellation fees.
Substitutions/Registration transfer:
You may transfer your registration to another individual for no fee. This request must be sent to the Conference Secretariat at icca@buksa.com.
Substitutions will transfer all conference tickets (pre-conference workshop, main conference, dinner) to the new individual.
Refunds
Refunds will be for the amount paid minus applicable cancellation fees, and will be processed onto the credit card used at registration.
